"Before the reset, I felt like I was in a postpartum bubble, struggling to find the mental and physical capacity to work out or carve out space for myself. I would go on walks but did not have a consistent routine to move or stretch. I felt a bit nervous to get back into movement because it had been a while and because of wrist and lower back pain.
